Data Analytics Staff Data Scientist at Midi Health

Staff Data Scientist designs and owns end-to-end data frameworks for unit economics, LTV modeling, attribution, and causal inference to drive strategic business decisions across marketing, finance, and operations.

Senior Hybrid Posted about 8 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

📍 Hybrid, Palo Alto (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office) Reports to: Director Data Science + Analytics

About the Role

We are looking for a highly strategic Senior or Staff Data Scientist to design, build, and own the end-to-end data framework that defines our business health: Unit Economics.

In this role, you won’t just build standalone models; you will connect the dots between customer acquisition, multi-product lifecycles, complex healthcare reimbursement cycles, and operational cost structures. Your work will serve as the financial and analytical source of truth, directly influencing how we allocate marketing spend, price our products, manage retention, and project long-term profitability.

You will sit at the intersection of Data Science, Finance, Marketing, and Operations, acting as a critical strategic partner to executive leadership.

What You’ll Do

Unified LTV & Reimbursement Modeling

  • Bridge Estimated vs. Realized LTV: Develop sophisticated lifetime value models that account for the volatility of healthcare reimbursements and the time value of money.
  • Predictive Reimbursement Rates: Build models to predict actual reimbursement rates across a complex mix of insurance allowables and self-pay tracks, closing the gap between theoretical revenue and cash-in-hand.
  • Integrate Margin Constraints: Establish the foundational frameworks that incorporate operational realities—such as state-by-state clinician licensing costs and wage ranges—ensuring our LTV calculations reflect true contribution margins.

Cross-Product Attribution & Portfolio Optimization

  • Blended Contribution Margin: Optimize “basket composition” and cross-sell dynamics between our physical supplement lines and clinical services to maximize total margin.
  • Multi-Touch & Cross-Product Attribution: Build advanced attribution models (Markov chain, ML-based) to quantify the interplay between product lines—specifically tracking how supplement purchases drive clinical visit adoption and vice versa.
  • Price Elasticity: Design and analyze pricing experiments for supplement products to identify optimal margin-maximizing price points without degrading long-term subscriber retention.

Causal Inference & Growth Intelligence

  • Influence the CAC Decision Curve: Utilize your LTV and margin frameworks to influence the marginal LTV curves that marketing uses, helping them determine the exact point of diminishing returns on ad spend.
  • Causal Churn Intervention: Move beyond simple churn prediction. Build uplift models to identify which at-risk customers will respond positively to specific interventions (e.g., targeted offers, clinical outreach), preserving margin by avoiding unnecessary discounting on “sure things” or “lost causes.”

Strategic Macro-Simulation

  • Systemic Stress-Testing: Build stochastic (Monte Carlo) macro-simulations to help leadership and finance stress-test our business model. You will answer questions like: “If a major insurance payer shifts an allowable rate in a key state, how does that impact our payback period and portfolio margin?”

What You Bring

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Modeling & Stats: Mastery of predictive modeling and Causal Inference techniques (e.g., uplift modeling, propensity score matching, synthetic controls, or diff-in-diff).
  • Production-Grade Engineering: Proven experience architecture - building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade machine learning models. You write clean, modular, and well-tested code that integrates seamlessly into downstream workflows.
  • Expert-Level Evaluation: Deep expertise in model evaluation methodologies, backtesting, and validation. Because your models directly impact financial forecasts and pricing decisions, you have a rigorous approach to error analysis, cross-validation, and drift detection.
  • Attribution & LTV: Proven track record building attribution models (algorithmic or heuristic) and handling survival analysis for churn and retention forecasting.
  • Programming & Querying: Advanced proficiency in Python for complex statistical analysis, alongside expert-level SQL for manipulating large data streams.
  • Simulation Design: Experience structuring systemic business simulations or stochastic modeling.
  • Modern AI Workflow: Active adoption and mastery of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools within your personal development workflow to accelerate coding, debugging, documentation, and prototyping.

Analytical Capabilities

  • Unit Economics Intuition: You have a deep, near-obsessive understanding of the relationship between CAC, LTV, payback periods, gross margins, and contribution margins.
  • Business Acumen: The ability to translate complex statistical outputs into clean, actionable frameworks for the CFO, CMO, and executive leaders. You know how to influence cross-functional roadmaps with data.
  • Strategic Problem Structuring: Ability to take vague, complex business questions and break them down into answerable, high-impact analytical components.

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience delivering high-impact data science solutions.
  • Master’s or PhD in Economics, Econometrics, Applied Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Ideally, your background includes time in Marketplaces, Healthcare operations, or D2C subscription businesses.
  • Demonstrated progression in scope and impact, with a history of acting as a strategic partner to finance and operations teams.

Data Analytics Senior Insight Manager - Caregiver Leave Cover at GWI

Leads a team of analysts on large-scale reporting projects, transforming datasets into insights and client presentations while managing RFPs and team development.

Senior Hybrid Posted about 8 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Location: London

Weekly office requirement: Wednesdays – weekly

Employment type: Fixed-term contract – Maternity cover

Seniority level: Mid-Senior

At GWI we’re always looking for extraordinary people who thrive on making an extraordinary impact. Right now we’re looking for a Senior Insight Manager to play a key role in our Insight Services team in London. If that’s you, and making a difference gets you out of bed in the morning, keep reading. It could be the start of something, well, extraordinary.

Sounds great, what will I be doing? đŸ€”

As our Senior Insight Manager you’ll lead a team of analysts focused on uncovering data-driven narratives that shape how brands understand and engage their audiences. You’ll oversee large-scale reporting projects, transforming GWI’s rich datasets into compelling insights, reports, and presentations that surface the unexpected and sharpen client strategy. You’ll also partner closely with Revenue teams, contributing to RFPs and proposals to support a strong pipeline of new opportunities.

A few things you’ll be responsible for:

👉 Lead and develop a team of analysts — overseeing deliverables for accuracy, quality, and efficiency while supporting their growth and development.

👉 Lead large-scale reporting projects for our biggest clients, surfacing trends and stories that align with their objectives.

👉 Own RFP and proposal responses to showcase GWI’s insight capabilities and support pipeline growth — including running client presentations, meetings, and workshops.

It’s also fun; shaking things up is what working for GWI is all about. You’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment.

What do I need to bring with me? 🧳

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don’t have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for in you:

👉 Proven experience managing projects and senior client relationships.

👉 A talent for data storytelling — translating numbers into narratives and surfacing insights that challenge assumptions or reveal something new.

👉 Exceptional attention to detail and a flair for writing clear, engaging content.

👉 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Slides; comfortable running client presentations, workshops, and meetings.

👉 Demonstrated line management experience, with a track record of developing analysts and managing team performance.

Equally important is attitude. We want people who think big (to make an impact), ask why (to find a better way), and show respect (to everyone, at every level, all the time). Those are our values, and they’re a big part of what we’re looking for in you.

What We Offer 🧘

At GWI, you’ll find meaningful work, visible impact, and a culture that empowers you to do your best. Our package includes:

  • Time to recharge – 25 days’ annual leave, plus office closures over the holidays.
  • Health & wellbeing – Health cash plan, enhanced family benefits, carer days, and mental health support.
  • Financial benefits – Competitive salary, 4% pension matching, and recognition programs that celebrate success.
  • Flexibility & balance – Flexitime, early Friday finishes, hybrid and remote options, plus a “work from home” budget.
  • Career growth – Accredited learning, leadership development, and global career mobility.
  • Community & impact – DE&I initiatives, volunteering opportunities, donation matching, and payroll giving.

Put all that together and GWI is the friendliest, most fulfilling place any of us has ever worked.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion đŸ«¶

Diversity is fundamental to who we are—as a data company and as a workplace. Our data reflects global realities, and so must our teams. We strive to build a workforce as diverse and inclusive as the insights we deliver.

As a Disability Confident employer, we welcome applications from disabled candidates and are committed to making adjustments throughout the hiring process—whether that’s extra time, materials in advance or a different format, breaks, an adjusted interview format, assistive tools, or flexible scheduling. We’re happy to discuss whatever would work best for you.

We actively encourage applications from underrepresented and marginalised communities.

At GWI, you’ll find a place to contribute meaningfully, grow professionally, and belong fully.

Mid Hybrid Posted 10 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Syndigo powers the continual flow of data and content throughout the entire commerce ecosystem— accelerating delivery of accurate and compelling information that increases sales on every shelf. We are the recognized leader in software and services for the management of master data, product information, digital assets, and content syndication and analytics across industries including grocery, foodservice, hardlines, home improvement, oil & gas, pet, health and beauty, automotive, apparel, and healthcare products.

Syndigo serves the industry’s largest two-sided network, connecting more than 50,000 global users across 12,000+ global brands with more than 1,750 global retailers.

Basically, we’re the people that deliver the rich, accurate product content that helps consumers shop online with confidence, and helps brands and retailers operate efficient product supply chains. We cannot do all of this without our amazing employees who make the magic happen here at Syndigo. As we continue to grow, we’re always looking to identify talented individuals to join our team.

**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location**

The Partner Systems & Analytics Specialist owns the technology stack, data infrastructure, and reporting capability for Syndigo’s Alliance organization. This is a service role: the rest of the Alliances team depends on this person for the systems, data, and dashboards that make commercial and operational decisions possible. The role spans platform ownership (selection, implementation, maintenance), Salesforce integration and data alignment, and the ongoing development of partner-specific reporting across commercial and operational dimensions.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

Platform Ownership

  • Own the full lifecycle of Syndigo’s partner technology stack — including Impartner (PRM), Crossbeam, and any additional partner-specific tools — covering selection, configuration, implementation, maintenance, and deprecation decisions.
  • Serve as the internal product owner for partner platforms: manage vendor relationships, renewals, and roadmap alignment; escalate integration failures and drive resolution.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to the partner tech stack as business needs evolve; build the business case for platform investments or migrations.

Salesforce Integration & Data Alignment

  • Own the Salesforce connection for the Alliances org — including the Partner Deal custom object, deal registration workflows, and field-level configuration required for partner pipeline attribution.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Alliances team and Syndigo’s Salesforce administrators and Sales Ops organization; translate partner program requirements into Salesforce configuration and custom development.
  • Write and maintain APEX triggers, flows, and custom objects as required to support partner-specific Salesforce functionality.
  • Ensure partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline is accurately reflected in Salesforce and reconciled against data from Impartner, Crossbeam, and other source systems.
  • Coordinate with Sales Ops, Finance, and other departments to align partner data definitions, attribution models, and reporting standards across systems.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve the Alliances team’s reporting suite — covering partner-sourced ARR, partner-influenced pipeline, deal registration volume and velocity, partner certification rates, and partner health indicators.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for commercial leaders (Partner Managers, VP Partner Commercial) and operational stakeholders (Partner Operations, Partner Enablement).
  • Produce regular cadenced reporting for leadership including weekly pipeline reports, monthly partner performance summaries, and quarterly ecosystem health reviews.
  • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and attribution errors proactively; fix them before they surface in leadership reporting.
  • Create and maintain thorough documentation on analytics reporting and processes.

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU

  • 7+ years in a systems, analytics, or RevOps role in B2B SaaS with direct Salesforce responsibility.
  • Salesforce developer-level proficiency: APEX, custom objects, flows, process builder, and integration architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and third-party SaaS platforms (PRM, account mapping, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical capability: can build a dashboard from scratch, identify data quality issues, and translate business requirements into reporting logic without handholding.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystem data concepts: deal registration, partner attribution, co-sell pipeline, account mapping (Crossbeam or equivalent experience a strong plus).
  • Experience with PRM platforms (Impartner preferred) is a plus.
  • Comfortable operating as an internal service provider — responsive, documentation-oriented, and able to manage competing requests from multiple stakeholders.

Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity. This position is Bonus Eligible.

For full-time U.S. based-employees, we offer competitive health insurance benefits, PTO and volunteer time off, employer-paid short- and long-term disability, parental and adoption leave, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Budgeted Salary Range is:

$72,000—$90,000 USD

We are now operationalizing Operating Model 3.0, a shift from uniform delivery to yield-based alignment, in which every patient receives investment proportional to a real-time Yield Score (Probability × Value × Addressability), and an ROI Gate continuously calibrates Wallet (financial investment) and Muscle (operational intensity).

This requires a data and AI platform that ingests, resolves, scores, decides, and acts in minutes, with the explainability and governance healthcare demands. You will lead that build: set the strategy, design the data platform, drive vendor decisions, and partner with engineering, product, clinical, and operations leadership to deliver it. This is a hybrid strategy-and-architecture role; you will move comfortably from a CTO whiteboard conversation to an EDI 837 parser to a model-evaluation review without losing the thread.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Set strategy. Own the multi-year data strategy supporting Operating Model optimization and TailorCare’s extension beyond MSK; frame tradeoffs for the executive team; protect strategic data moats (canonical patient and provider graphs, proprietary outcome labels, and contribute to yield-calibrated decisioning IP)
  • Architect the platform end-to-end. Ingestion, event bus, identity resolution, lakehouse, feature store, ROI Gate decisioning, action orchestration, observability. Define the event taxonomy, schema registry, and data contracts that govern how every source flows in
  • Lead vendor strategy. Evaluate and select across clearinghouses, clinical networks, claims systems, provider intelligence, conversational AI, CDPs, and more, negotiating export rights, schema stability, and contribute to defining BAA scope. Build payer-neutral patterns from day one
  • Set the bar for HIPAA, PHI, and AI governance. Classification at ingestion, field-level access controls, infrastructure-level scrubbing, vendor data governance, training-data lineage, and consent chains.
  • Partner across functions. Translate architecture into staffed delivery with each engineering team; collaborate with clinical leadership on Patient Reported Outcome, extraction accuracy, and outcome labels; work with operations to make the intake and data aggregation meaningful.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 10+ years working with healthcare data, including 4+ years in architecture or strategy leadership
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of healthcare data: X12 EDI (270/271/276/277/278/834/835/837), FHIR R4, HL7 v2 (especially ADT), CCD/C-CDA, NCPDP, and the realities of integrating with payers, EHRs, clearinghouses, and HIEs
  • Experience working with AI team developing predictive models and ability to act as the liaison between AI modeling and data platform.
  • Proven track record designing production data platforms at scale, streaming and batch, with managed Kafka or equivalent, lakehouse architectures (Snowflake / Databricks / BigQuery), dbt-style orchestration, modern observability
  • Solid grounding in ML/AI systems: feature stores, point-in-time correctness, model lifecycle, NLP for clinical text. You evaluate model proposals on their merits
  • Direct experience with patient identity resolution (deterministic + probabilistic) and tokenization (Datavant or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of value-based care economics: MLR, attribution, episode costing, risk adjustment, and how reimbursement models shape data requirements
  • Demonstrated executive presence: framing tradeoffs, defending recommendations, adjusting when wrong, staying technically credible
  • HIPAA-fluent. You engineer PHI minimization, BAA structures, and audit requirements as first-class concerns
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% as needed for onsite meetings, team collaboration, and company events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with at least one major longitudinal claims dataset (Komodo, Truveta, HealthVerity, Optum, IQVIA) and integration
  • Highly collaborative and experienced with a broad range of business holders
  • Experience integrating clinical data networks
  • Experience with conversational AI in a contact-center context (Cresta, Observe.AI, or built in-house)
  • Multi-payer scale experience
  • Early-stage / scaling startup background, comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make calls without perfect information

What you will deliver in year one

  • Be a key leader in driving build vs. buy data acquisition decisions
  • Canonical patient master service in production; ≄95% deterministic match rate, documented probabilistic strategy
  • Real-time event bus with ≄10 production event types, SLO dashboards, and downstream consumers live
  • Real-time ADT, eligibility (270⁄271) and prior-auth (278) integrations live with sub-second response
  • Salesforce (TailorCare-captured) clinical operational data fully instrumented
  • Clinical data network integration (Health Gorilla or Particle) with NLP extraction on radiology and specialist notes
  • ROI Gate v1 deployed, routing ≄80% of newly-identified patients; closed-loop attribution from marketing to outcome operational

Data Analytics Data & GIS Analyst at PUR

Analyzes operational data and performs geospatial analysis to support environmental restoration projects across regional teams.

Mid Hybrid Posted 11 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

Job title: Data & GIS Analyst

Location: BogotĂĄ, Colombia

Contract: Permanent, local and full-time

Starting date: ASAP (July 1, 2026)

PUR Description

PUR is a global, impact-focused B-Corp specializing in the development of environmental restoration projects, known as ‘nature-based solutions’ (NbS). Since 2008, we have been helping the world’s largest organizations meet their ESG targets, reduce their environmental footprint, and regenerate the ecosystems they depend on across complex supply chains. Having developed over 45 projects in more than 30 countries, PUR is recognized as both a pioneer and leader in a sector that is now at the forefront of global efforts to address the ongoing climate and biodiversity crisis.

At the heart of our mission is a commitment to fostering and operationalizing insetting strategies—interventions by companies within their own value chains designed to reduce GHG emissions while creating positive impacts for communities, landscapes, and ecosystems. By championing this insetting approach, we aim to create a holistic range of benefits that extend beyond ecological restoration, encompassing social and economic dimensions through enhanced agricultural yields and resilience to climate change-induced stresses, among others.

One of the distinctive features of our work is our ability to tailor projects to the specific needs of different regions and communities. By recognizing the unique characteristics of each ecosystem and the cultural context of the communities involved, we ensure our initiatives are contextually relevant and have a meaningful and sustainable impact. All our projects are developed in close collaboration with local actors, including cooperatives, NGOs, governments, and corporations. Today, we employ 200 staff across 16 countries with key offices in Paris (HQ) and Toronto.

About the role

The GIS & Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting both operational data systems and geospatial analyses across regional projects. • Conducting studies using the baseline the Central Data Team provides, including supporting the Feasibility team with analysis to guide site selection and decision making.

  • Writing reports on geospatial analysis findings, including but not limited to Force Majeure reports.

  • Complementing the Central Data Team methodology and data library at PUR with datasets and cases from your own region. Producing documentation on the analyses performed.

  • Manipulation of vector data.

  • Conducting / organizing / supporting any Remote Sensing activities that need to be done on a regional level.

  • Conducting pilots inside the Data Teams framework.

  • Generally supporting the Projects team in understanding their data and how to strengthen their operations

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Degree in computer science, geography, environmental engineering, or related fields.
